We follow a clear and structured process that helps us work effectively with clients and develop projects at every stage.
01 — Initial contact & project discussion
Tell us about your project: goals, requirements, timeline, and budget. The more context you provide, the more accurately we can assess the scope.

After receiving your inquiry, we’ll get back to you shortly.
02 — Discussion & proposal
If the project is a good fit, we schedule a short introductory conversation to better understand your goals and priorities.
Based on this, we prepare a tailored proposal that includes the structure of the work, scope, timeline, and an estimated cost.
03 — Start of the project
Once everything is agreed, we begin working on the project. At this stage, we define the visual direction, explore solutions, and gradually develop the design according to the project goals.
The process remains transparent, and we stay in touch throughout the entire project.
04 — Design development
We develop the design through an iterative process — from concept to final solution.
Depending on the project, this may include:
* visual concepts
* UX/UI design
* adaptation across different formats and platforms
* preparation for implementation
We stay in regular contact throughout the process and refine details along the way.
05 — Finalisation & delivery
In the final stage, you receive all completed materials ready for use or development.
This may include:
* final design files
* design system (if applicable)
* assets for development or print
* guidelines for using the design
If needed, we can also continue supporting the project on an ongoing basis.
